We are looking for 3-5 women who want to transform their bodies! Come in and join our 12-week program to tone your stomach, your legs, and your glutes!
Workouts are designed for ANY AND ALL skill levels. Whether your looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall health, this program is tailored to meet your unique needs!

Meet Coach Carlie!
She is a dedicated coach who has spent her entire life immersed in the world of health and fitness. With a passion for empowering individuals in their bodies, she is excited to launch a small group training program designed specifically for women of all fitness levels. Carlie believes that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about building confidence and community. She went from being a competitive dancer for 9 years to doing the CrossFit classes at Triangle CrossFit. She fell in love with CrossFit and has been doing CrossFit since 2013. She got her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate in 2021, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer in 2025 and become a NASM-CPT in 2025. She graduated in 2024 from NC State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science. She is currently taking the Precision Nutrition Level 1 course to become a Certified Nutrition Coach.
