We are looking for 6 people who want to transform their bodies! Come in and join our 8-week program to gain strength!

Workouts are designed for ANY AND ALL skill levels.​ Whether your looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall health, this program is tailored to meet your unique needs!

Why you should do it?

- Regular strength training can enhance your posture, balance, and daily functional movements which supports a healthier and more active life well into older age.

- More contact time with your coach in the small group setting.

- Personalized attention to meet your unique needs, training goals and abilities.

What to expect?

- The workouts will be a mixture of upper body and lower body strength.

- Fun and effective workouts to keep you engaged through the 8 weeks.

- Yoga on Tuesdays & Saturdays!

Who is the 8-week program for?

- Any and all skill levels! No prior fitness experience needed!

- We are looking to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

Can I bring my kids?

- Yes! We have an area where your kids can sit and hangout while you workout!

When are classes held?

- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm

What happens after the 8 weeks is up?

- After the session ends, you can move into Personal Training which is flexible to your schedule and can continue to help you reach your fitness goals with one-on-one coaching.

Meet Coach Carlie!

She is a dedicated coach who has spent her entire life immersed in the world of health and fitness. With a passion for empowering individuals in their bodies, she is excited to launch a small group strength training program designed for all fitness levels. Carlie believes that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about building confidence and community. She went from being a competitive dancer for 9 years to doing the CrossFit classes at Triangle CrossFit. She fell in love with CrossFit and has been doing CrossFit since 2013. She got her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate in 2021, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer in 2025, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified in 2025 and NASM-CPT in 2025. She graduated in 2024 from NC State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science. Join Carlie and discover the transformative power of fitness!
